Why File Attachments Matter

Security & Privacy
Your Files Are Safe
All files are encrypted in transit and at rest. Only team members with permission can access files.
- • End-to-end encryption for all uploads and downloads
- • Role-based access ensures only authorized users can view files
- • Audit logs track who uploaded, viewed, or deleted files
- • Secure deletion permanently removes files when requested
- • GDPR compliant data handling and storage
Best Practices
✅ Do
- • Use descriptive filenames (e.g., "homepage-mockup-v3.png")
- • Attach files to the most relevant level (objective > checkpoint > mission)
- • Upload high-quality originals when possible
- • Add a comment explaining what the file is when it's not obvious
- • Delete outdated files to keep things organized
❌ Don't
- • Upload files with vague names like "final.pdf" or "image.jpg"
- • Attach sensitive files to public missions
- • Upload unnecessarily large files (compress when possible)
- • Use file uploads as a backup system—they're for collaboration
