1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CONFIG ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on CONFIG's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials
• use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
• attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on CONFIG
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Transmit any material that is abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, or invasive of another's privacy
• Transmit any material that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships
• Transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code designed to interfere with the functionality of any computer software or hardware
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service

5. Subscription and Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or CONFIG cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal by contacting our support team.

6. Content Ownership

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CONFIG and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant CONFIG a limited license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CONFIG, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CONFIG is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
